Well if we can’t get them in a drama together, a photo shoot works too! Jang Geun Suk and Park Shin Hye pose pretty for Codes Combine’s Haiker 2011 Fall-Winter Line. Jang has been modeling for them since last year, but Park has recently teamed up with him.

Really, almost every other day, someone’s had a car accident. I’m sure the current weather in Korea isn’t helping, as it is the rainy season, and even if you drive carefully, you can still end up skidding. But still…can we get no-skid tires and alert drivers for these people!?

Looks like the media frenzy has done enough damage. Lee Jia dropped her lawsuit against Seo Taiji after realizing that it would be difficult to continue after all the pain she’s caused to the people around her. The media certainly made it worse on her than it could have been. Seo released a statement saying that they had married in 1997, separated in 2000, and divorced in 2006 despite efforts to mend their relationship. He had not expected this lawsuit at all. Papers were also released showing that the two had officially divorced in 2006 (rather than 2009, as Lee had claimed), and that she had waived her rights for spousal support from the singer.
OK – while she may have had a good reason for bringing up the lawsuit, can I just say how ridiculous it is that you created a media frenzy by claiming you divorced in 2009, and asking for money after you waived spousal support? Why lie?! Why go through all this chaos if you’re gonna lose this lawsuit anyways?
Did you really want to get revenge on Seo Taiji and just see if you could tarnish his image? (‘Cause that’s what her statement seemed to say to me.)
YAYYYY – Birdie Buddy has an air date! I’m not excited because I want to watch the drama. It’s just that, I’m mildly curious as to how UEE will portray a non-bitchy role, and I’m mildly empathetic to the cast and crew who have been working hard and not hearing anything about a broadcast date.
But here goes – the broadcast date is set for March 2011.
They will continue with production throughout November and December, thus becoming a pre-produced drama.
T.O.P. and Lee Mi Sook in a photoshoot together?! And a sexy one at that – it blows my mind how young Lee Mi Sook looks – even though she’s fifty. And T.O.P. really pulls off the whole young boy-toy look with sincerity; the photo spread doesn’t look too jokey and too ridiculous.
Lee Hyori really can’t catch a break. I feel like every time she comes out with a new album, more often than not she has some plagiarism scandal. And so you can’t be surprised that it’s not just her songs being similar to Jason Derulo – now it’s that six of her songs on her H-Logic album seem to be plagiarized. The issue is that her songs sample from other artists (meaning they take part of a sound recording and then put it to another song), but none of those artists get any credit. Not to mention, she didn’t get permission from those artists either. One of those artists, Canadian group Cookie Couture, is planning to sue Lee Hyori and/or her composer Bahnus. Not to be outdone by Park Shin Hye‘s numerous photo spreads, Jang Geun Suk is also modeling for the clothing brand Jack & Jill. In the photos he gives a variety of 8 different expressions. Already with just the hair, I can see his character in You’re My Pet coming to form. In regards to his expressions though… some of them kind of look too similar… and in the last three he looks like he didn’t know what to do with his hands… maybe it’s just the poses that are too similar since he’s in one position the entire time.
